I have used houndsatourhome several times now and I don't think I could find anywhere
better for my dog, Floyd. He has such a wonderful time with Lauren and the other
dogs that stay with her and I know he is in such good hands that I can go away and
leave him and have no worries at all. Plenty of love, plenty of play and plenty of
company. Perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lauren - I'm quite sure that Floyd
would sometimes rather stay with her than come home, he's had such a good time! Well
worth the hour's travelling time to get there. 5 star service.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of Baloo whilst we enjoyed a family holiday.
In times past we were wary about going away as we did not want to use a conventional
kennel service as Baloo is very special to us. We were able to enjoy our holiday
so much more as we knew that Baloo was having such a wonderful time with the other
dogs and the wide open spaces. Having updates and photos of Baloo having such a wonderful
time meant so much. I would quite honestly never send Baloo anywhere else, Lauren,
you are quite clearly a dog person and your home was Baloo's home while we were away
and I can't praise and recommend your service enough. I will be sure to book Baloo
with you again for our next holiday.

Thank you so much for looking after Murdoch and giving him a lovely time with his
new four legged friends.
He has spent most of Wednesday and Thursday sleeping, so obviously worn out with all of his playing, but seems more his lively self this morning...........the quiet Murdoch is quite nice actually.lol Thank you also for the pictures, they were much appreciated.
We tend to holiday about 3 times a year, so as soon as we have any dates I will be in touch, and hopefully Murdoch will see you in the new year

Thank you for taking such good care of Marcus whilst we were on holiday. As you
know this was the very first time we had left Marcus and we were both a little worried
about how he would get on with the other dogs, as he can be very boisterous at times. But
your relaxed and confident attitude helped to reassure us, in fact we were a little
worried that he wouldn't want to come home!! Your texts informing us that Marcus
had settled in and that there were no problems with him mixing with the other dogs
enabled us to relax and enjoy our holiday. We can now look forward to more holidays,
knowing that we have found a great place for Marcus to stay and be part of a family, so
thank you again until next time!!

Thank you so much for letting Alfie come for a few hours to see if he would settle
before leaving him during our summer holiday . It has always been a problem to leave
Alfie as he does not like the noise at kennels and becomes stressed. He was so happy
at yours playing with Faith and Tilly and enjoyed the walk over the fields in the
sun. What a great alternative to kennels and he will see you soon.

which you did not mind and was so impressed by Tilly who was not fazed at all by

ank you so much for making Ghillie a part of your family whilst we were away. She
has clearly had a fantastic time and settled immediately with Tilly and the other
dogs who were staying. She has come home bright and full of energy rather than the
droopy, skinny dog that we have picked up from conventional kennels in the past.
The facilities and the access to open countryside that the dogs have is very impressive
and your welcome and reassurances whilst we were away were much appreciated. I have
already booked Ghillie in with you for her next holiday!

Thank you so much for looking after Bruno while we were away. He has never been left
with strangers before, but your regular text messages ensured we had nothing to worry
about. He settled very quickly on his initial visit and loved playing with Tilly

All settled and back to normal now after our two week break. We just want to thank
you so very much for looking after Millie and Socks whilst we were away.
In the past we have always left our dogs with either set of parents but time has marched on and they feel that they can no longer give the dogs the exercise and energy required so we found ourselves in unknown territory as kennels were not an option.
Having visited Foxholes Farm I had no doubt whatsoever that your fabulous understanding of dogs and outdoor lifestyle was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of walks,play and company.
As we knew that the dogs would be happy with you it meant that we could really enjoy our holiday without the worry or guilt that I would certainly have had should they have gone to conventional kennels.
You offer a brilliant service Lauren and I hope that you don't get too booked up as Millie and Socks shall certainly be coming to stay with you again!
